A system and method for delivering a gift using social networking information is disclosed. The method for delivering a gift using social-networking information using a gift delivery system which communicates with an orderer UE, a receiver UE, and an SNS server and an online shopping mall server over a wired or wireless commodity network includes a) receiving, by the gift delivery system, information of a commodity to be used as a gift for a receiver and social-networking information other than a reception address of the receiver from the orderer UE connecting to the online shopping mall; b) if payment is completed by the orderer UE, transmitting, authenticating, by the gift delivery system, order information including the commodity information and the receiver, and creating authentication information; c) transmitting, by the gift delivery system, a gift arrival message to the receiver UE; and d) if the receiver UE confirms the gift arrival message, selects reception acceptance, and inputs a reception address, requesting, by the gift delivery system, commodity delivery from a delivery system.

Pedal assembly for musical instruments

A pedal assembly for a bass drum or high hat cymbals. A flat base plate has a resilient pedal board clamped to it with the pedal board inclined to receive a foot. A beater stick is connected with the toe end of the pedal board by a linkage that drives the beater stick against a bass drum when the pedal is depressed. The resiliency of the pedal board returns it to its normal position when foot pressure is withdrawn. The material of which the pedal board is constructed has a modulus of elasticity between about one million and about six million. A striker pad limits the depression of the pedal board to limit the force that the beater stick can apply to the drum.

A digital physical receiving apparatus and a receiving method thereof. The digital broadcasting receiving apparatus includes a channel information storage unit to store information on a receivable physical channel among physical channels allocated to discriminate digital broadcasting signals transmitted from a pluarlity of broadcasting stations, and a transceiver identification (Tx ID) allocated to discriminate a transceiving region of the broadcasting signal, an input unit to input a virtual channel of the digital broadcasting signal and a receiving region corresponding to a desired analog broadcasting channel, a control unit to select the physical channel having the inputted virtual channel and making a channel selecting priority list when a plurality of the physical channels are selected, and an on-screen display (OSD) processing unit to display the channel selecting priority list when the broadcasting signal of the first priority channel is displayed. When there are a plurality of the physical channels having the desired virtual channel, the control unit gives first priority to the physical channel having the same Tx ID as the received Tx ID, and determines a channel selecting priority with respect to the rest of the physical channels in an ascending order of the channel number, thereby solving a problem of overlap of the virtual channel.
