Reagent plate for bacteria measurement, image information acquisition device and measurement system

The invention discloses a principle for generating the variation of color and turbidity by utilizing the growth of bacterium in a constant-temperature culturing box. According to the principle, the color and the turbidity are varied when the bacterium grows; a light source on an LED (Light Emitting Diode) array surface is uniformly irradiated and passes through a bottom of a concave ball surface of each chamber body on an agent plate; a camera collects the information of the agent image on the agent plate under the illumination; an image acquiring device processes a sampling signal of the camera and then transmits the information to a microcomputer in which an expert processing system is installed; and the expert processing system can be used for determining the results of various biochemical reactions (negative or positive) based on the principle of colorimetric method, and displaying the determining results through a display screen. The agent plate for measuring the bacterium, the image information acquiring device and the measuring system are high in the degree of automation, stable in performance, and capable of quickly identifying the species of the bacterium and carrying out MIC (Minimal Inhibitory Concentration) quantitative analysis by perfecting the database of the expert processing system. The invention aims to provide the agent plate for measuring the bacterium which is convenient for detecting and determining in an one-by-one way by being matched with a detecting device, the device for acquiring the bacterium image information and the bacterium measuring system.
