The device comprises a boiler, a magnesium slag bin, a flue, a smoke recirculation fan and a venturi mixer; the flue is arranged at the tail of the boiler; a circulating wind pipe is leaded out from the flue, and communicates to a slag spraying port of the boiler; the smoke recirculation fan isarranged on the circulating wind pipe; the venturi mixer is arranged on the circulating wind pipe in the downstream position of the smoke recirculation fan; and the magnesium slag bin communicates toa powder inlet at a throat part of the venturi mixer through a pipeline. Through the technical scheme, the reutilization of circulating smoke in the fluidized bed boiler device can be realized, and the problem of instable bed temperature caused by lower temperature of the desulfurizing agents is prevented.
