blood type detection, which utilizes a micro
direct current motor to drive a bar-shaped
magnet fixed on a rotating shaft of a micro
direct current motor to rotate, iron beads in a
microwell plate are driven via magnetic force to rotate, so that reagents and cells in the
microwell plate are fully and uniformly mixed, and micro-
centrifugation effect is achieved. The device does not need to be connected with an alternating-current power supply, and can be used for detecting various
blood type systems such as ABO, Rh and the like; the device is suitable for being used in environments without large instruments or power supplies, such as field operations, sudden
public health events, mobile laboratories and the like. According to a
blood type detectionmethod,
plasma and red blood cells are rapidly separated by using a filter, blood type detection is carried out by using a microporous plate as a carrier, and
antigen and
antibody reactions are promoted through rotation of iron beads. The
microwell plate can be capped and sealed; compared with an existing detection method from the aspect of
biosafety, the blood type detection method is advantageous in that
aerosol does not overflow in a detection and
interpretation process, especially in some infectious
disease epidemic periods; workers can be efficiently protected against harm of pathogenic microorganisms via the small device for blood type detection and the blood type detection method..
