The method comprises the following steps of: adding m-trifluoromethylphenyl-4-nitrilebenzylketone, p-trifluoromethoxyphenylaminohydrazide, a catalyst and an organic solvent into a reactor, reacting at the temperature of between 80 and 140DEG C for 1 to 3 hours, separating water generated in the reaction when the reaction is carried out, cooling to the temperature of between 0 and 30DEG C after the reaction is finished, and filtering to obtain the product, wherein the organic solvent is a water-insoluble organic solvent. The water generated in the reaction is brought out by the water-insoluble organic solvent, and the reaction is promoted to be carried out rightwards, so that the reaction time is shortened, the yield is improved, and a posttreatment step is simplified. In the synthesis process, the solvent can be recycled, so that the production cost is reduced, the economic benefit is improved, and the solvent has a good application prospect.
