The iliac vein stent comprises a proximal end part, an intermediate part and a distal end part, which are sequentially connected, wherein the proximal end part and the distal end part are degradable stents, and the intermediate part is a permanent stent. According to the iliac vein stent disclosed by the invention, the proximal end part and the distal end part are the degradable stents and can be completely absorbed or degraded within 6 weeks, and residues are not generated; after the distal end part is absorbed, intrinsic elasticity and bending of blood vessels can be recovered; besides, after the proximal end part in inferior caval veins is absorbed, influence on blood flow of the inferior caval veins and contralateral iliac veins is reduced; the intermediate part is the permanent stent, an intima can spread to cover the intermediate part, so that the shorter the stent is, the shorter the time allowing intima to completely cover the stent is, and the intermediate part of the stent can be stably entrapped under the intima without shifting or coming off; and besides, the intima is smooth, so that the risk of forming thrombosis can be reduced, and the treatment time for resisting coagulation and platelets is correspondingly shortened to 6 weeks.
