content distribution network (CDN) platform, and the virtual set top box is used for acquiring a content source requested by the virtual set top box
client, and converting the content source into audio and video data; and the virtual set top box client is arranged in areal set top box, and used for accessing the integrated video platform via the virtual set top box, and receiving and displaying the audio and video data sent back by the virtual set top box. According to the framework and
service implementation method thereof provided by the invention, through decoupling a service capability and a hardware capability, the
virtualization of the service capabilityof the real set top box is implemented, and the high-quality rendering effect can be acquired without changing the hardware of the real set top box; therefore, the burdensome hardware performance requirements are avoided, and the deployment requirements of innovating services of integrated video are met.
