84 results about "Euselachii" patented technology

Sharks are a group of elasmobranch fish characterized by a cartilaginous skeleton, five to seven gill slits on the sides of the head, and pectoral fins that are not fused to the head. Modern sharks are classified within the clade Selachimorpha (or Selachii) and are the sister group to the rays. However, the term "shark" has also been used for extinct members of the subclass Elasmobranchii outside the Selachimorpha, such as Cladoselache and Xenacanthus, as well as other Chondrichthyes such as the holocephalid eugenedontidans.

Extraction method of shark chondroitine

The invention provides an extraction method of shark chondroitine, belonging to the field of novel biology engineering technology; the extraction method solves the problems that the existing chondroitine has multiple extraction steps, complex process flows, low product yield, high protein and nitrogen impurity content; the extraction method of shark chondroitine comprises the following steps: A: alkali extraction; B. enzymolysis; C. ultrafiltration; D. oxidization and crystallization. The extraction method of shark chondroitine has simple process flow, less process steps and easy operation and can realize large-scale industrial production, the product yield can reach 17-22 percent and the purity can reach 90-96 percent.

Method of scientifically raising Chinese high fin banded sharks in paddy fields

Disclosed is a method of scientifically raising Chinese high fin banded sharks in paddy fields. According to the method, a culture pond is a round or square cement pond, 12-20m<2> in area and 0.7-1.0m in depth; the pond has the functions of water circulation and pollution discharging; the water in the pond is clear, with no harmful heavy metal ions; 70-100cm deep water is poured into the pond first; the water is then sterilized with 0.3mg / L DBDMH; robust and healthy fishes of the Chinese high fin banded sharks are put into the pond. The Chinese high fin banded sharks fed with the compound microorganism fertilizer can grow fast, with higher EPA content and fewer Chinese high fin banded shark diseases, and less Chinese high fin banded sharks die of illness; in addition, the beneficial organisms in the water are more; the final quality and mass of the Chinese high fin banded sharks is increased. After the method is used to raise the Chinese high fin banded sharks scientifically and finely, the yield is obviously increased in a short period of time, the survival rate is high, and the method is suitable for industrial large-scale development.

Extraction method of shark chondroitin sulfate

PendingCN109503733ADoes not reduce enzyme activityLow costAlkaline proteaseUltrafiltration
The invention relates to an extraction method of shark chondroitin sulfate. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, pretreating; secondly, enzymolysis: adding first enzyme of which the amount is 2 to 3 percent of the feeding weight of cartilage into filtrate obtained in the first step and carrying out enzymolysis for 3 to 4 hours under the conditions that the pH value is 5.5 to 6.5 andthe temperature is 40 to 60 DEG C; then adjusting the pH value to 6 to 6.3, adding second enzyme of which the amount is 1 to 2 percent of the feeding weight of the cartilage and carrying out enzymolysis for 1 to 2 hours under the condition of 50 to 60 DEG C, wherein the first enzyme is at least one of papain and alkaline protease; the second enzyme is at least one of trypsin and pepsin; thirdly, ultrafiltration; fourthly, post treatment. The extraction method of the shark chondroitin sulfate, disclosed by the invention, can replace an existing immobilized enzyme enzymolysis technology; the product yield of the shark chondroitin sulfate reaches 25 to 30 percent and the purity reaches 90 to 92 percent.

Electromagnetic field and current inducing surfboard for repelling sharks

An electromagnetic field and electrical current inducing surfboard and associated methodology for inducing an electromagnetic field in the area surrounding a surfboard. The surfboard includes at least one induction unit having a magnet and coil winding section. The magnet is arranged such that it is surrounded by the coil winding section and such that it is permitted to move freely within an area inside the coil winding section. Relative motion between the magnet and coil windings is caused by rotating the surfboard about any axis. The relative motion between the magnet and coil windings results in an induced electromagnetic field. Additionally, connecting the induction unit to an electrical circuit results in an induced current flowing from the induction unit.

Feeding and smashing device of raw materials for activated carbon production

The invention discloses a feeding and smashing device of raw materials for activated carbon production. The feeding and smashing device comprises a feeding box. A first-stage smashing device and a second-stage smashing device are arranged in the feeding box. The first-stage smashing device comprises a machine frame and a cover shell. The top of the machine frame is connected with the bottom of a fixed plate through four symmetrical inclined supporting rods. A first rotating shaft and a second rotating shaft which are horizontally symmetrical are arranged in the cover shell through rolling bearings. The outer surface of the first rotating shaft and the outer surface of the second rotating shaft are each horizontally provided with a plurality of rotary cutting devices at equal intervals. Thesecond-stage smashing device comprises a smashing barrel. The smashing barrel is fixedly screwed on a horizontal supporting plate at the bottom of an inverted-conical-shaped discharge pipe. The smashing barrel is provided with a perpendicular third rotating shaft through a rolling bearing. A six-blade shark-tooth breaking knife is annularly screwed on the outer surface of the third rotating shaft. The raw materials for activated carbon production are smashed, the smashing effect is good, and the production quality of activated carbon is effectively improved.
