Compared with an impregnation method, the method can be used for comprehensively evaluating the lethal effect of the to-be-tested medicament to nematodes, as well as the inhibition action to the action capability and intrusion capability of the nematodes, the screening accuracy is high, and the reliability is high; secondly, the sweet potato stems and sweet potato stem ditylenchus destructors are easily propagated indoors, and the materials are easily available and suitable for screening of massive medicaments; in addition, plant-parasitic nematodes are taken as test objects in the method, and compared with the common caenorhabditis elegans, the detection effect is more accurate and reliable.
