vehicle frame assembling line and a back
vehicle frame assembling line in the same direction; horizontally arranging a mechanical final
assembly bus respectively at the front of one end of the front
vehicle frame assembling line and one end of the back vehicle frame assembling line, wherein the mechanical final
assembly bus is vertical to the front vehicle frame assembling line and the back vehicle frame assembling line; and arranging an underground conveyor line of which the length and extension direction are same as those of the mechanical final
assembly bus in a space under the mechanical final assembly bus, and respectively arranging a vertical lifter at each of two ends of the mechanical final assembly bus. By applying the arrangement manner, the invention further discloses an online frame
combination method ofthe large
engineering machinery, thereby solving the
disorder problem of logistics caused by the
branch line frame combination of final assembly lines, reducing secondary lifting, preventing potential safety
hazard probably caused by lifting rotation, reducing the labor strength of workers, improving the quality of a combined frame of the front vehicle frame and the back vehicle frame, effectively improving the final assembly efficiency of a
loader, enabling the ground of a whole workshop to be clean and comfortable and the logistics to be smooth, and also reducing the cost.
