control system and method for an electromagnetic type magnetic
track brake. The
control system comprises the electromagnetic type magnetic
track brake, a
control unit, a power supply control module and a power supply; the
control unit is connected with the power supply control module and connected to the power supply through a controllable switch, and the
control unit is used for turning on the controllable switch after receiving a braking
signal through a vehicle-mounted
bus, comparing supply
voltage output by the power supply with a set
voltage value, and sending a
control signal to the power supply control module when the supply
voltage is less than the set voltage value; the power supply control module is connected with the electromagnetic type magnetic
track brake and connected to the power supply through the controllable switch, and the power supply control module is used for receiving the
control signal, then regulating the supply voltage to be not less than the set voltage value and inputting to the electromagnetic type magnetic track
brake; the electromagnetic type magnetic track
brake is used for closing a track under the control of the supply voltage so as to
brake. With the adoption of the
control system and method for the electromagnetic type magnetic track brake, the sufficient braking capacity of the electromagnetic type magnetic track brake is ensured,
degaussing can be performed, and the flexible application of the magnetic track brake is achieved.
