The invention discloses a
manufacturing technology for a
ceramic reinforced
metal-based composite squeeze roller. The
manufacturing technology comprises the following steps of S1, preparation of a
ceramic prefabricated body, S2, preparation of abrasion-resistant blocks, S3, finish
machining of the abrasion-resistant blocks, S4,
machining of a roller tire, and S5,
assembly of the composite squeeze roller. The composite squeeze roller comprises the roller tire and the abrasion-resistant blocks. Each abrasion-resistant block comprises an arc-shaped
metal substrate and an arc-shaped
ceramic plate, wherein the inner arc face of the
metal substrate is provided with a key groove, the two ends of the
metal substrate are provided with a clamping head and a clamping groove correspondingly, and the side face of the
metal substrate is provided with a screw hole. The multiple abrasion-resistant blocks are mutually connected in a clamped mode into an annular roller body through the clamping heads and the clamping grooves. The roller tire and the roller body are connected with each other through keys. A safe edge is connected to the side face of the roller body through the screw hole. The
manufacturing technology is simple in process, the detachable composite squeeze roller is prepared and has the advantages of being good in
composite effect, high in abrasion resistance, long in service life, convenient to replace and repair and the like, production efficiency is improved, and cost is reduced.
