The invention provides a biomass processing method. Ammonia water is adopted in preprocessing of biomass raw materials for separating lignin from cellulose and hemicellulose, and a certain amount of environmentally-friendly auxiliary agents is added to increase the removal rate of the lignin and enhance the subsequent conversion efficiency of an obtained solid substrate. The preprocessed solid substrate is rich in the cellulose and the hemicellulose, and can be hydrolyzed to monosaccharides and used for the fermentation of ethyl alcohol and other products. A preprocessing liquid obtained by the method is rich in lignin degradation products and a small amount of hemicellulose degradation products, and the lignin degradation products and the hemicellulose degradation products can be recycledby acid precipitation, centrifugation or membrane separation and other techniques. Most of the ammonia water and the auxiliary agents used in the preprocessing are in the preprocessing liquid, can beseparated by waste steam recovery, reduced pressure distillation and other methods, and can be reused for biomass preprocessing. By adopting the preprocessing method, the preprocessing effect of theammonia water on biomass is obviously improved by the addition of the small amount of low-cost auxiliary agents, and the preprocessing method has a relatively good application prospect.

A comprehensive utilization method of lignocellulose biomass comprises the following steps: (a) performing alkaline hydrolysis of the lignocellulose biomass to extract lignin; (b) performing acid hydrolysis of the residues obtained in the alkaline hydrolysis processing , separating to obtain a pentose solution and acid hydrolysis residues; (c) performing enzymatic hydrolysis of the residues obtained by alkaline hydrolysis processing in step (b) by using cellulase to obtain a solution with a main component of glucose, wherein the cellulase is obtained by culturing a strain of penicillium which has a classification name of Penicillium decumbens PD-G3-08, and is preserved in Wuhan University China Center for Type Culture Collection with a preservation number of CCTCC M 2011195 and a preservation date of June 13, 2011. The method improves the extraction ratio of cellulose enzymatic hydrolysis, and realizes comprehensive utilization of lignocellulose biomass resources.

A comprehensive utilization method of lignocellulose biomass comprises the following steps: (a) performing N-stage acid hydrolysis of lignocellulose biomass, wherein the concentrations of the acid solutions decrease gradually from the first stage to the Nth stage by 10-40% of the concentration of the first stage acid solution,, and N is an integer more than or equal to 2; (b) processing the acid hydrolysis residues by using an alkaline solution so as to extract alkaline lignin; (c) performing enzymatic hydrolysis of the alkaline hydrolysis residues obtained by alkaline solution processing in step (b) by using cellulase to obtain a glucose solution and enzymatic hydrolysis residues; (d) after step (c) is complete, returning the obtained enzymatic hydrolysis residues to step (b) for alkaline solution processing, or combining the enzymatic hydrolysis residues with new acid hydrolysis residues and performing alkaline solution processing in step (b), then orderly performing steps (c) and (d), cycling the steps so as to further extract lignin and to perform enzymatic hydrolysis of the celluose. The method realizes the maximum resource utilization of lignocellulose biomass.
