A preparation method of hydrodewaxing catalyst, catalyst prepared by the method and application of the catalyst

The invention discloses a preparation method for a hydrodewaxing catalyst and a catalyst prepared by using the same, and an application of the catalyst. The method comprises the following steps: a, subjecting a molecular sieve-inorganic oxide carrier to first impregnation with a solution containing hydrogenation active metal salt, and successively carrying out drying, calcination and reduction so as to obtain a supported catalyst, wherein the molecular sieve is a molecular sieve with a one-dimensional elliptical pore structure, and the minor axis of the one-dimensional elliptic pore structure is 4.2-5.4 angstroms and the major axis of the one-dimensional elliptic pore structure is 5.4-7.0 angstroms; and b, subjecting the supported catalyst obtained in the step a to second impregnation with water, and carrying out drying so as to obtain the hydrodewaxing catalyst, wherein after the hydrodewaxing catalyst is subjected to calcination at 450 DEG C for 4 hours, the weight loss of the hydrodewaxing catalyst is 0.2 to 5.0 wt%. The catalyst prepared by using the method provided by the invention is applied in the process of hydrodewaxing, so the selectivity of the catalyst is improved; meanwhile, the pour point of heavy lubricant base oil can be effectively reduced; and a high target product yield is maintained.
