The invention discloses preparation and prevention and treatment application of
mycoprotein in a
bacillus subtilis fermentation product. The preservation number of a
bacillus subtilis strain DR22 is CGMCC NO: 19784. The
bacillus subtilis strain DR22 has the advantages of being high in
growth speed, high in sporulation quantity, high in
stress resistance, rich in active products, high in
mycoprotein and the like. The method is characterized in that a bacillus subtilis
solid fermentation technology and a
mycoprotein preparation technology are adopted, and the preparation process comprises the following steps: (1) activating strains to obtain activated strains; (2) carrying out multiplication culture to prepare a seed solution of a bacterial solution; (3) carrying out
fermentation culture toprepare a microbial inoculum; and (4) preparing mycoprotein, namely fermenting thalli,
drying, crushing, sieving, leaching, precipitating, carrying out
isoelectric point acid
precipitation, centrifugally collecting precipitates, and
drying to remove
moisture and mycoprotein. The final
control effect can reach 73.76%, the
control effect is stable, and a good biological control choice is provided for controlling
tobacco mosaic virus diseases.
