The invention provides a marine
seawater desalination system with a cleaning function. A cleaning part comprises a
liquid storage tank and a liquid delivery
pipe. Two ends of the liquid delivery
pipe respectively communicates with a liquid outlet end of the
liquid storage tank and a
liquid injection end of a heat exchange cylinder. A cleaning liquid and a neutralizing solution are injected into a
copper pipe set through the liquid delivery pipe, and is discharged through a residue
discharge valve provided at the bottom of the
copper pipe set; clear water is injected into the
copper pipe set through the liquid delivery pipe, and is used for flushing the copper pipe set. A method for applying the
system comprises the following steps: an acidic cleaning liquid is injected into the copper pipe set, and is discharged after 2-3h of soaking; a
sodium hydroxide solution is injected into the copper pipe set, and is discharged after 2-3h of soaking; and clear water is injected into the copper pipe set inside the heat exchange cylinder for flushing, such that a cleaning process is completed. According to the invention, the entire
system does not need to be disassembled during the cleaning process. The system has the advantages of convenient application, low cost, and good cleaning effect. With the system, operator labor intensity is greatly reduced.
