The method comprises the following steps: feeding a raw material, namely stable light dydrocarbon into a de-heavy fractionator so as to obtain light component oil and heavy aromatics; feeding the light componentoil into a light component removal tower so as to obtain a byproduct, namely the stable light dydrocarbon and a C6-C7 component; feeding the C6-C7 component into a hexane removal tower so as to obtainhexane oil and heptane oil; feeding the hexane oil into a hexane oil separation tower so as to obtain isohexane and n-hexane; feeding the heptane oil into a heptane oil separation tower so as to obtain isoheptane and n-heptane. The system comprises the de-heavy fractionators, the light component removal tower, the hexane removal tower, the hexane oil separation tower and the heptanes oil separation tower. By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, efficient utilization of the stable light dydrocarbon is achieved, the largest benefits can be made with limited resources, economic benefits of companies are increased, and meanwhile market requirements can be met.
