The invention discloses a
system for measuring a dynamic
friction coefficient of yarns. The method comprises a pre-tensioning device, start-stop buttons, a first tension measuring device, a second tension measuring device, a buffer device, a proximity switch, pulleys, indicator lights, a rotating speed measuring device for measuring a running speed of the yarns, a rotating speed adjusting knob, ayarn guiding device, a tangling device, a first stepping motor and an input roller mounted on a spindle thereof, a second stepping motor and an output roller mounted on the spindle thereof, an air tube connected with the
yarn guiding device, an
air pump connected with the air tube and a residual
yarn basket for collecting residual yarns, which are mounted on a
front panel of a
chassis, as well asa power supply module, an analogue collection module, a
relay module, a communication module and a stepping motor driver mounted on the back of the
front panel of the
chassis. The
system provided by the invention has advantages of low use cost, simple operation, capability of testing a constant tension, high detection efficiency and test precision, implementation of real-
time control, breakage self-stopping function, buffer anti-breakage function and the like.
