pitch wind
turbine generator unit gust control method. The method comprises the following steps of (A) detecting whether the rotation speed
omega of a wind
turbine generator unit is greater than a rated rotation speed
omega <rate> of the wind
turbine generator unit or not; (B) calculating whether the acceleration speed
delta omega /
delta t of the wind turbine generator unit is greater than an acceleration speed set threshold value or not; (C) directly setting the variable-
pitch angle to be 90 degrees if the wind turbine generator unit meets both the conditions A and B, conducting open-
loop control and increasing the variable-
pitch rate to the set threshold value; (D) controlling the torque output to be an original torque value during variable-pitch open-
loop control; and (E) after the
feathering set time T, switching variable-
pitch control to conventional closed-
loop control if the wind turbine generator unit does not meet the conditions A and B, and continuing
feathering of a variable-pitch
system if the wind turbine generator unit meets both the conditions A and B. The variable-speed variable-pitch wind turbine generator unit gust control method provided by the invention is good in stability and high safety performance.
