The present invention provides an overall flange sleeve test rack used for a rolling-control engine ground ignition test. The test rack comprises a fixed rack, a force bearing pier, a force measurement assembly and a flange sleeve movable rack, and also comprises a shaft support, a connecting rod, a linear motion bearing and a simple, easy and rapid positioning clamp. According to the present invention, the linear motion bearing is installed in the movable rack, a bearing ball of the linear motion bearing is in point contact with the connecting rod, so that the friction resistance is small, and the measurement sensitivity is high. By applying to the test rack, the thrust measurement precision of an engine can be improved, and the problems that an aslant placed swing nozzle rolling-controlengine is difficult to install and debug, and the thrust cannot be transmitted accurately are solved. In addition, in order to prevent a nozzle from rotating during the test process, the simple, easyand rapid positioning clamp is designed, and in order to eliminate a gap between a test rack thrust transmission assembly and a force bearing surface, and reduce the impact generated at the ignition moment of the engine and the influence of the oscillation on the thrust measurement during the test process, a pretightening force loading mechanism is designed.
