A terminal block assembly includes a terminal block and lever member and is less structurally complicated and less likely to deform as compared to the existing terminal block products. The terminal block has a main body and a chamber defined by the main body. The chamber is provided with a metal spring piece, which, in response to movements of the lever member, crimps a leading wire to form electrical connection or release the leading wire. The chamber is also provided with a buckle that performs reciprocating movements and is biased by a spring to normally engage with the lever member. When receiving an operating force, the buckle disengages with the lever member so that the lever member is allowed to move, The terminal block assembly advantageously provides easy and effort-saving operation.

Adjustable ratchet buckle fastener

The invention relates to an adjustable fastener such as one suitable for use in securing straps in a variety of orthotic and other types of devices. The fastener comprises a male portion and a female portion that are each attached to a strap or other desired location on the device with which the fastener is used. The male portion comprises an elongated tab and the female portion comprises a housing and a passage through the housing. The passage allows the elongated tab to slide through the housing in the female portion. An engagement finger in the housing is resiliently biased to engage one or more teeth along an edge of the elongated tab to prevent the elongated tab from sliding further out of the passage. The finger can be selectively disengaged from the teeth to allow the elongated tab to slide further or completely out of the housing. Preferably there are teeth along both edges of the elongated tab and there is a finger in the housing adapted to separately engage each set of teeth. It is additionally preferable that the elongated tab can be ratcheted further into the housing by sliding it without disengaging the engagement finger.

Buckle

A buckle includes a first fastener and a second fastener. The second fastener has two hooks. The first fastener includes a socket, a locking piece disposed in the socket, and two first locking portions formed on the socket for mating with the hooks. The locking piece is slidingly connected in the socket to cooperate with the second fastener. When the first fastener is engaged with the second fastener, the locking piece enters the second fastener to restrict the movement of the second fastener, so that the second fastener cannot be released unless the locking piece is removed from the second fastener and the hooks of the second fastener are pressed. Thus, the second fastener can be released only when the locking piece is moved, thereby preventing a problem that the second fastener may be separated from the first fastener when the hooks of the second fastener are incautiously pressed. A user has to move the locking piece with one hand and presses the hooks with another hand. Thus, such an action performed by two hands is uneasy for a child, thereby generating a safety effect.

An elongated, curved sanitary napkin having elasticized, raised side edges along the opposite sides of an absorbent. A garment attachment panel is secured to the underside of each side edge. A fixed portion of the garment attachment panel is bonded to each side edge so that a free portion of each of the garment attachment panels, extending from the fixed portion, is directed generally inward and downward. During use, the garment attachment panels are fastened together beneath an undergarment crotch. The fastener and the garment attachment panels are dimensioned so that, when fastened, the garment attachment panels exert a pull on the side edges and control their deflection, thereby preventing them from folding in over the absorbent. The garment attachment panels confine the crotch portion of the undergarment under the absorbent so that the edges of the panty crotch are prevented from pulling up and onto the absorbent.
