The invention relates to a blade and a pressure gradient sand
settling machine employing the same. The blade comprises a blade body and a connecting
assembly, wherein the blade body is a hollow body, and the connecting
assembly is connected with the blade body and provided with mounting holes. The pressure gradient sand
settling machine comprises a driving mechanism, a fluidizing mechanism, a sand
settling mechanism, a sand lifting mechanism and a sand
pool body, wherein the driving mechanism is connected with the sand settling mechanism, the fluidizing mechanism is inserted in the sand
pool body, the sand lifting mechanism is arranged in the sand
pool body, the sand settling mechanism comprises a stirring shaft and the blades, and the blades are fixedly arranged on the stirring shaft. When the pressure gradient sand settling
machine is used, the driving device drives the sand settling mechanism to sink sand to the bottom of the sand pool body, the fluidizing mechanism is used for activating the sunk sand in the sand pool body so enable the sand to flow, and then, the sand lifting mechanism is used for leading sand in the sand pool body to enter a sand lifting
pipe. Compared with the traditional equipment, the blade provided by the invention is provided with a hollow structure so that the advantages of simple structure, material saving and low cost are achieved; in addition, a standardized gas storage cylinder is skillfully used for forming
differential pressure to lift the sand up so that the equipment is prevented from being damaged in a use process.
