The invention relates to a vehicle-used cooling
thermostat and a cooling
system. The vehicle-used cooling
thermostat comprises a cooling
thermostat housing, a radiator exhaust
water pipe connector, an engine exhaust
water pipe connector, a pressure
relief valve, an expansion
water pipe connector, a built-in core and a sensor
assembly, wherein the radiator exhaust water
pipe connector and the engine exhaust water
pipe connector are both arranged on the small-
diameter end surface of the thermostat housing; and the pressure
relief valve and the expansion water
pipe connector are both arranged on the large-
diameter end surface of the thermostat housing. The vehicle-used cooling thermostat is added between an expansion kettle and a radiator, and under primary physical absorption and isolation and secondary and three-stage
chemical actions and by use of the built-in core,
rust, scale and bubbles, generated during operation of the cooling
system, are absorbed, and potential threats, such as
calcium and
magnesium ions, iron ions and acid ions, are subjected to reaction
processing, so that the pH value of a
coolant is kept constant, and the clean and safe
coolant is output to the cooling
system; and therefore, safe, enduring and efficient running of the cooling system is guaranteed, and the
failure rate of the whole vehicle and the vehicle use cost of users are greatly reduced.
