air tightness detection device and method. The device comprises an air source, a low-pressure air
inlet valve, anair inlet sealing cavity, an air
discharge sealing cavity, a first low-
pressure measurement valve, a flowmeter, a low-pressure air
discharge valve, a controller and a first driving mechanism; the airsource, the low-pressure air
inlet valve and an air inlet of the air inlet sealing cavity are communicated in sequence; an air outlet of the air
discharge sealing cavity is communicated with the first low-
pressure measurement valve, the flowmeter and the low-pressure air discharge valve in sequence; the air discharge sealing cavity is formed below the air inlet sealing cavity, a partial structureof a normally-closed valve is arranged in the air inlet sealing cavity, and an inlet of a valve base of the normally-closed valve is communicated with the air inlet sealing cavity; an outlet of the valve base of the normally-closed valve can be communicated with the air discharge sealing cavity, and the outlet of the valve base can be closed through moving iron. By means of the
air tightness detection device, the technical problem is solved that whole
air tightness detection of an existing normally-closed valve is immature, and the air tightness of the normally-closed valve can be well detected.
