bud and two-leaf initially-developed fresh white tea leaves, and carrying out heating and withering, wherein spreading and airing thickness is 2-3cm, a temperature is 20-25 DEG C,
relative humidity is 65-75%, and withering lasts for 28-30 h; carrying out secondary withering, wherein a withering temperature is controlled to be 35-40 DEG C, the
relative humidity is controlled to be 45-55%, withering time is 10-12 h, the withering is divided into two stages, the temperature of an early stage is slightly low, and the temperature of a later stage is slightly high; and spraying
stomach-tonifying liquid into the white tea for treatment for 35-40 min, sending the white tea leaves having undergone withering into a
drying tank for
drying for the first time, automatically
drying and sieving the white tea, and allowing the white tea to uniformly fall into a bamboo basket. According to the invention, a temperature in the drying tank is also reduced while the white tea is spread for cooling, a good environment is provided for secondary drying, and energy is conveniently recycled; and automatic integration is adopted, so manual labor is reduced, and meanwhile, the efficiency of a white tea processing process is also improved.
