The invention relates to the technical field of power
distribution networks, and, more specifically, relates to a distributed intelligent self-
recovery system and method. The
system comprises a topological line, a
regional power distribution terminal and a plurality of
unit type power distribution terminals communicating with the
regional power distribution terminal. The
unit type power distribution terminals perform information collection and fault detection of adjacent switches, and upload the information at a
GOOSE information format to the
regional power distribution terminal, and receivecontrol commands sent by the regional power distribution terminal. The
GOOSE information interaction is carried out between the regional power distribution terminal and all
unit type power distribution terminals. The regional power distribution terminal uploads a
processing result to a power distribution main
station. The unit type power distribution terminals and the regional type power distribution terminals are connected with a topological line. According to the invention, the
system can achieve the rapid fault isolation, power supply
recovery of a non-fault area and decentralized control
processing, achieves the full-distributed distribution network self-
recovery, does not need the participation of a distribution main
station in the self-recovery process, reduces the fault power failure time, and improves the power supply reliability of the distribution network.
