The invention relates to a mechanical
frequency modulation type dynamic absorber for a
satellite flywheel. A guide rod is vertically fixed to the center of a bottom plate. A shock absorption
mass block horizontally moves in the axial direction of the guide rod through a linear bearing. Linear modules are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the guide rod. The mechanical
frequency modulation type dynamic absorber comprises a guide rail, a
ball screw, a ball nut sliding block, a
leaf spring assembly and a motor connection seat, wherein the guide rail is fixed to the bottom plate, the
ball screw is arranged on the guide rail, the ball nut sliding block is arranged on the
ball screw, the
leaf spring assembly is connected between the shock absorption
mass block and the ball nut sliding block. The motor connection seat is fixed to one end of the guide rail. By adoption of the symmetrical structural design, the inherent structure frequency is adjusted according to the mechanical
frequency modulation principle and changes of the rotation speed of the
flywheel, vibration of the
flywheel is controlled and restrained to a low order, stability and reliability of the on-
satellite high-accuracy sensitivity load in-
orbit operation are ensured, and the mechanical frequency modulation type dynamic absorber has the advantages that the frequency tracing speed is high, the
vibration absorption performance is excellent, the structure is simple, reliability is high,
assembly is convenient, and the manufacturing cost is low.
