The apparatus includes an center of gravity stabilized automated adjusting load bar in communication with a mobile cart which allows an operator to enable automated stabilization of a load. The adjusting load bar includes redundant first and second control and drive systems. A third control system can both monitor sensed data and the movement commands of first and second control systems, and can monitor the resulting physical movements. If a movement command and the resulting movement does not match or if there is an out of tolerance mismatch between movement commands of the first and the second control systems, the third control system can automatically detect this condition and shift into an emergency stop condition.

Inner partitions disposed within a cooling tank have an open space to form arrayed housing parts, and at least one unit of electronic device housed in each of the housing parts. A lifting mechanism includes a tower having a guide and a driving source for raising and lowering an arm, a slide mechanism attached to the cooling tank, and a stopper for restricting the tower's movement so that a range of the tower's motion in a width direction of the cooling tank does not exceed at least a width of the open space. The slide mechanism supports the tower movably with respect to the cooling tank in a horizontal plane located above the open space. The liquid immersion cooling system can safely lift or lower the electronic devices densely housed within the cooling tank without requiring the stage in the periphery of the installation surface of the cooling tank.

A combination shipping container and vehicle is disclosed that may be handled and lifted in a similar fashion to a standard shipping container, and also may provide its own motive force for driving as a vehicle. The combination includes a vehicle frame that is generally the length and width of the standard shipping container. The frame provides a strong support framework for the combination. An engine is supported by the frame, and a suspension supports at least four wheels by the frame. A transmission mounted to the frame transfers rotational energy from the engine to at least two of the wheels through a transfer case and an axle. A driver's cab is fixed to and above the frame at a forward end thereof and includes driver controls for controlling the engine, steering and braking of at least two of the wheels, and other related motor vehicle functions. A container portion is fixed to and above the frame at a rear end thereof. The container portion is substantially hollow and is adapted for cargo to be transported therein. The length and width of the combination is approximately that of a standard shipping container, and the overall height of the combination is the height of the standard shipping container plus the height of the frame plus half of a height of the wheels. The frame may further include a license plate holder, a flap for each wheel, and any other required equipment to conform to vehicular laws in various jurisdictions.

An osteotome for sinus lift procedures includes a body interchangeable with various handles. The body includes a shaft that is releasably received into the handle, and a tip portion. The tip portion may be directly utilized for ridge expansion / bone compression, or a succession of tip members may instead be received thereon to provide suitable diameter escalation to create the socket. Graduated syringe markings permit delivery of measured fluid quantities to control the amount of lift. A second hydration port is coupled to a graduated cylinder through a valve, which is opened after lifting is complete, to measure the fluid released. A loss of fluid measured indicates a sinus tear.
