A multi-
rope friction type
elevator comprises a power mechanism, a friction wheel, head sheaves, a
steel rope, an elevating container and a
tail rope. The power mechanism drives the friction wheel to rotate through a main shaft. The main shaft is supported on a tapered-hole self-aligning
roller bearing. A disassembly and
assembly device for the tapered-hole self-aligning
roller bearing is arranged on the main shaft. The disassembly and
assembly device comprises a hydraulic ring, a bearing ring and a fixing ring which are sequentially arranged on the main shaft in a sleeving manner in the axial direction of the main shaft. A
torque transmission device is arranged between a hub of the friction wheel and a shaft
flange of the main shaft. The
torque transmission device comprises a left pressing plate, a right pressing plate, a high-strength bolt set and an anti-rotating pin. According to the disassembly and
assembly device, pressure oil is injected into different oil cavities, and
radial pressure and
axial pressure are successively generated, so that quick assembly and disassembly of the tapered-hole self-aligning
roller bearing are achieved, the overhaul efficiency of the equipment can be improved greatly, balanced transmission of the radial
heavy load can be achieved through the
torque transmission device, and the reliability of large torque transmission between the friction wheel and the main shaft is improved greatly.
