transplanting mechanism comprises a support arm, a
sprocket shaft, planting arms,
crank shafts, a
rocker arm, a
seedling claw, a
cam, a shift fork and a
seedling pushing device, wherein the
sprocket shaft is arranged at the front end of the support arm, the
crank shafts are mounted at the two ends of the
sprocket shaft respectively, the planting arms are fixedly mounted at the end parts of the
crank shafts, the rear ends of the planting arms are connected with the
rocker arm, the
rocker arm is rotationally mounted on a brace on the front end surface of the support arm, the
seedling claw and the seeding pushing device are mounted at the front ends of the planting arms, the seeding pushing device is positioned in the middle of the seedling claw, the
cam and the shift fork are used for driving and mounted inside the planting arms in a matched manner, guiding hole are formed inside the planting arms above the shift fork, a spring is arranged inside the guiding holes, and the lower end of the spring props the shift fork. According to the invention, the row spacing of the planting arms on the two sides of the support arm is designed to be capable of meeting the row spacing requirements on female parent
transplanting in the regions, and the complete
machine of the mechanism is in an independent wheel riding-type. Therefore, the labor intensity is greatly reduced, the seedlings transplanting efficiency is improved, the farming season is shortened, and the manufacturing cost is lowered.
