The invention discloses a high-and-
low frequency transformer. The high-and-
low frequency transformer comprises a base plate, a shell and an iron core. The iron core is arranged on the base plate, comprises an annular
magnet yoke and a stem and is covered with the shell. A stem
insertion hole is formed in the top of the shell and corresponds to an inner hole of the annular
magnet yoke. A plurality of coils are wound around the outer side of the stem and isolated from one another through insulating tape. The stem wound by the coils is arranged in the stem
insertion hole in a penetrating mode. The two end faces of the stem are in
butt joint with the inner side wall of the annular
magnet yoke. The stem is formed by overlaying NiCuZn nanocrystalline laminated sheets, and the annular magnet yoke is formed by overlaying iron-based amorphous
alloy laminated sheets. The high-and-
low frequency transformer has the advantages of being small in size, clear in structure, reasonable in
material selection, high in magnetic
conductivity, good in temperature characteristic, high in reliability and the like. The iron core of the high-and-low frequency transformer is formed by overlaying multiple types of materials and is a
soft magnet low in
power consumption and resistant to
electromagnetic interference. The high-and-low frequency transformer can well overcome defects of an existing product, improve power
delivery efficiency and reduce
energy loss.
