The invention relates to a fan wind alignment optimization method and system based on vibration and an inclination angle. The optimization method comprises the following steps that S1, an inclination sensor is used to monitor the inclination angle theta of the projection of a deflecting fan tower cylinder in the x-axis or y-axis direction when the wind speed is stable, so as to judge the wind direction; S2, a vibration sensor is adopted to monitor components of the projection of the vibration amplitude of the fan tower cylinder in the x-axis direction and the y-axis direction when the wind speed is unstable, and therefore the wind direction can be obtained according to vector synthesis; and S3, the recognized wind direction data are fed back to a fan yaw system, the fan yaw system makes a judgment, the blade position is adjusted, and fan wind alignment optimization is achieved. The optimization system comprises a data acquisition module, a wireless transmission module and a communication module. The optimization system further comprises a sensor group, and the sensor group comprises the inclination sensor and the vibration sensor. According to the method and the system, the wind direction is identified and calibrated by using the vibration and inclination angle generated in the operation process of the fan tower cylinder, and the method and the system have the characteristics of low cost, high performance, high reliability and the like.
