The invention relates to a device for helping the earth in
cooling down by utilizing
thunderbolt to vaporize
seawater. The device is mainly formed by mutually electrically connecting a plurality of parts, namely an inflation floating seat, as well as a
lightning rod, an earth pole conducting wire and a
lightning device, which are fixed on the inflation floating seat. The
lightning rod is fixedly arranged on the inflation floating seat arranged on the sea surface, and then the
lightning rod is electrically connected with the lightning device in
seawater through the conducting wire. If lightning occurs, the lightning can be conducted into the
seawater by the
lightning rod along the earth pole conducting wire and be discharged by the lightning device. As high temperature can be generated by instant
discharge of the lightning, a small part of the seawater can be vaporized to steam which floats into the
sky and becomes clouds; and in such a way, not only is rainfall increased, but also the clouds in the
sky can play a role in blocking
sunlight, and the actions and the effects are very obvious.
