A depressing
upper anterior teeth brace is characterized by comprising micro-
implant anchorage nails and a brace. The micro-
implant anchorage nails are divided into two groups; a first group is arranged on the
cheek side and muco-gingival junction between a second
premolar tooth and a first
grinding tooth of the upper jaw, the angle between the first group and the teeth axis is 45 degrees; the second group is arranged on muco-gingival junction between the lateral
incisor and the canine teeth of the upper jaw, the angle between the second group and the teeth axis is 45 degrees; multiple gaps are formed in
bone cortex between the left second
premolar teeth and the right second
premolar teeth of the upper jaw in advance; the size of the first group of micro-
implant anchorage nails is larger than that of the second group; the brace comprises a draw hook and a gap closing arch wire; one end of the draw hook is arranged on the gap closing arch wire, and the other end is connected to the micro-implant anchorage nails through a
rubber band or an extension spring. During the
upper anterior teeth rectification process, the brace can accelerate the tooth
moving speed, at the same time, the distance for adduction-depressing
upper anterior teeth is largely increased, the large irreversible damage to tooth roots is avoided, and the
curative effect is largely improved.
