The medicinal active ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation are made of 3-12 parts of uncaria, 4.5-9parts of szechwan chinaberry fruit, 3-15 parts of raw abalone shell, 6-12 parts of wolfberry, 6-9 parts of tribulus terrestris, 10-15 parts of radix rehmanniae, 10-30 parts of prepared rehmannia root, 4.5-9 parts of earthworm prepared with wine, 3-6 parts of scorpion, 3-10 parts of cicada slough and 3-9 parts of licorice root. The raw materials are weighed according to the component ratio, all medicines except the uncaria are placed in a medicine decocting appliance for decoction for 1-5 times, and liquid medicines are combined; and the uncaria is placed in the combined liquid medicines for continuing to be decocted for 15-20 min, to obtain the liquid medicines.
