With capillary through plate with bottom groove and corresponding hanger to form upper and lower two layer water discharging structure with overlapped projection in vertical direction, the device has enough gap between the upper and lower layers which ensures ventilation, and avoids wetting goods by condensed water or defrosted water falling down, and is appropriate for accepting and discharging condensed water or defrosted water from calandria equipment of evaporator in springhouse for fruit and vegetable refreshment, or accepting and discharging condensed water or defrosted water in large-scale indoor ski resort of tope evaporator calandria.
