The invention discloses a handheld automatic lifting
pile driving (well digging) and
pile pulling all-in-one
machine. The power is provided by an
air pump; the
machine is widely applied to
pile driving for breach blockage in the case of flood; a well is dug in an earthquake stricken area to develop an underground
water source; a well is dug in a force exercise and training position to solve logistical support water; piles are driven in a pasturing area to set a fence, and a well is dug to solve water for people and
livestock; the
machine can drive the piles (steel
pipe handle pressing wells), or can be transferred as needed by pulling the piles (pulling the wells) at any time; as a traditional pile driving method for applying
impact force to high ends of pile columns is more liable to cause unstable pile columns, in particular, in specific places such as flood breaches, workers are unstable when standing on rafts in torrents with bare hands, not to speak of lifting hammers to drive the piles; in particular, when the pile columns are higher, the operation cannot be performed, so that the machine applies force to the middle lower parts of the pile columns; the machine is placed on the ground or rafts on the water, and is automatically lifted by a jacking cylinder to be clamped on the pile columns; then, an air hammer vibrator is started to downwards
impact; meanwhile, the jacking cylinder deflates, so that the machine is downwards along with the pile columns; when support leg plates touch the ground, a clamping mechanism is released, and the machine is automatically lifted again as the abovementioned operations; the pile columns can be elongated at any time; the operations are repeated by several times to drive the pile columns; and if the wells are dug,
handle pressing well heads are mounted at steel
pipe pile heads. The piles (wells) can be pulled through reverse operations. During constructing, the machine has no need to be lifted by labors, so that the pile driving (well digging) or the pile pulling is easy. The machine is simple in structure and lower in cost.
