The invention discloses a quantitative
type selection method of a TBM (
tunnel boring machine, including a rock boring
machine and a shield) which is applied construction of a mountain tunnel project, a city subway project, a diversion
water supply project and the like by use of an
efficacy coefficient method, for realizing the purposes of solving defects of conventional TBM
type selection through subjective determination and realizing integrated decision-making and quantification of multiple indexes of TBM
type selection. According to the method, six representative evaluation indexes including geological adaptability,
wire mesh adaptability, construction progress, equipment cost, support cost and cavity stability are selected, a
weight coefficient of each index is determined by use of a
Delphi method, a TBM type selection
efficacy coefficient method model is established, a total TBM type selection
efficacy coefficient value is obtained, and the method is implemented according to such a flow indicated in chart one. The TBM type selection is carried out by use of the efficacy coefficient method, multi-index quantitative decision-making is realized, the method is simple and accurate, and the
engineering application value is good.
