A continuously variable transmission has: an input shaft, an output shaft, a toroidal type continuously variable transmission, and a planetary gear mechanism including a sun gear, a ring gear and a planetary gear. The power transmitted to first and second power transmission systems is made to converge to two gears of the planetary gear mechanism, and a remaining gear is coupled with the output shaft. A mode changeover device effects a changeover between, during forward movement, a first mode for a low speed side, which utilizes the first power transmission system and a second mode for a high speed side, which utilizes the first and second power transmission systems. Such changeover is effected by the operation of connecting and disconnecting a first mode clutch and a second mode clutch. The operation of effecting the changeover between the first mode and the second mode is effected in 0.2 to 1 second.

This invention relates generally to footwear such as a shoe, including an athletic shoe, with a shoe sole, including at least one orthotic section formed at least in part by midsole material. The insertable midsole orthotic is removably inserted within the shoe upper, the sides of which hold it in position. The shoe sole includes a concavely rounded side or underneath portion, which may be formed in part by the insertable midsole orthotic. The insertable midsole orthotic may extend the length of the shoe sole or may form only a part of the shoe sole and can incorporate cushioning or structural compartments or components. The insertable midsole orthotic provides the capability to permit replacement of midsole material which has degraded or has worn out in order to maintain optimal characteristics of the shoe sole. Also, the insertable midsole orthotic allows customization for the individual wearer to provide tailored cushioning or support characteristics for the purpose of orthopedic, podiatric, corrective, prescriptive, therapeutic and / or prosthetic purposes. The shoe sole can also include at least one compartment containing a fluid, a flow regulator, a pressure sensor to monitor the compartment pressure, and a control system such as a computer processor, capable of automatically adjusting the pressure in the compartment(s) in response to the impact of the shoe sole with the ground surface.

A light adjusting circuit, it provide power required for an overall operation of light adjusting circuit, and it utilizes a light adjusting controller to perform light adjusting of load. During light adjusting, in case operating voltage of a driving controller is equal to or greater than a threshold value, then a rectifier or a power controller provides a first power supply to driving controller through an AC voltage adjusted by light adjusting controller, so that it can regulate a driving voltage through power controller based on DC voltage variation, to drive a load. Otherwise, in case operating voltage of driving controller is less than threshold value, it is switched to a battery to provide a second power supply to driving controller, to make it have stable operating voltage, control power controller to output driving voltage to load, to eliminate blinking of load when conduction angle is small.

InDel molecular marker primer of Modilong white gourds and application of InDel molecular marker primer

The invention discloses an InDel molecular marker primer of Modilong white gourds and an application of the InDel molecular marker primer. The primer comprises primer pairs corresponding to 7 point sites, and the nucleotide sequences are shown as SEQID NO.1-SEQ ID NO.14. When the Modilong white gourds are subjected to hybrid purity identification, firstly genome DNA of seeds of samples to be detected is extracted to be used as a template, then the primer is used for performing PCR amplification, and finally amplification products are detected through electrophoresis. Banding patterns of parents and hybrids are compared, the proportion of the number of real hybrids to the total number of seeds of strips which can be observed, namely the hybridization purity, is obtained. The InDel marker provided by the invention can realize effective distinguishing of the parents from the hybrids, the identification cost is low, the efficiency is high, and the coincidence degree of an identification result and a field identification result reaches 99% or above.

InDel molecular marker closely linked with flowering time of photoperiod-sensitive Chinese cabbage crop and application thereof

According to the invention, early-flowering oil-used type variety 'YS-143' and late-flowering turnip variety 'VT-044' are taken as test materials, and the flowering time of the two in two conditions,namely long sunlight and short sunlight, are respectively observed. The cDNA sequence of the gene is cloned by taking two materials as a template simultaneously, and the amino acid sequence of the gene is analyzed by using a bioinformatics technology, so as to find the difference loci of the CCA1 genes of the early-flowering and late-flowering Chinese cabbage crops, and the difference loci is primarily confirmed by analysis such as bioinformatics and sequencing comparison, and then an InDel maker is developed. The nucleotide sequence of the InDel maker is ACCCTT, which is located on the sixthexon of the CCA1 gene of the early-flowering Chinese cabbage crop, but does not exist on the CCA1 gene coding region of the late-flowering Chinese cabbage crop. Finally, by verification, the InDel maker is taken as a functional marker for molecule assistant breeding operation. The molecular marker disclosed by the invention can be simply, conveniently and rapidly applied to breeding practice withhigh throughput.
