The method comprises the steps of: establishing a thermomechanical dynamics model, and obtaining a hard-pointfile; forming a modifiable hard-point table; establishing a hard-point thermomechanical construction model; carrying out parametric processing on a hard-point thermomechanical-construction-model; establishing a thermomechanical component construction point and line model of each thermomechanical component; designing detailed moduli of each component, and constructing a thermomechanical parameterized DMU model; and inserting virtual sensors and virtual actuators in the thermomechanical parameterized DMU model, and carrying out thermomechanical performance analysis. According to the method, thermomechanical performance analysis and detection can be completed while design is carried out, fusion of architectural design and performance design is realized, and thermomechanical optimization can be carried out according to different needs. According to the method, thermomechanical fatigue testing is realized through construction of the thermomechanical parameter model and a mode of simulationanalysis, and performance influences of various parameters on each thermomechanical component are fully considered.
