Adapter, goods carrier and fastening system

ActiveUS20170318987A1Fastened simply and efficientlyImprove fastnessFurniture joiningShow shelvesEngineeringFixed position
An adapter (1) for fastening a goods carrier to a longitudinal support profile (2) comprises a connecting element (13) to which the goods carrier can be connected, and a mounting structure (12) by means of which the adapter (1) can be detachably fastened to the support profile (2). The mounting structure (12) has adjusting mechanism (1222) with which the adapter (1) can be adjusted to a released position, a suspended position and a fixed position. In the released position the adapter (1) can be freely arranged on the support profile (2) and removed from it. In the suspended position the adapter (1) can be fastened to the support profile (2) and at the same time can be moved along the support profile (2). In the fixed position in the adapter (1) is rigidly connected to the support profile (2).

Seat with adjustable back profile

A seat comprising a back support portion (100) with adjustable surface profile, comprising an adjustable core colmnn (101) arrangedalong the height direction of the back support portion (100) and comprising a plurality of holders (110, 210, 211, 310, 410) and a plurality of side members (120, 220, 221, 320, 420) fixed to the holders (110, 210, 211, 310, 410) and extending substantially in the width direction of the back support portion (100) such as to profile the surface of the back support portion (I 00). It further comprises profile locking means (130) coupled with a plurality of holders (II 0, 210, 211, 310, 410) and adjustable to an unlocked configuration, in which the holders (110, 210, 211, 310, 410) are individually rotatable around a plurality of axes and the profile of the surface of the back support portion (100) is adjustable and to a locked configuration, in which the holders (II 0, 210, 211, 310, 410) are fixed still with respect to each other and the profile of the surface of the back support portion (100) is locked.

Profiled rail system for covering the end of a flooring

A profiled rail system (1) for covering at least one flooring end (11) comprises a base profiled rail (2) and a covering profiled rail (3), being connectable with each other by means of a mounting profiled rail (4). The covering profiled rail (3) comprising at least one covering wing (10) for overlapping the flooring end (11). The covering profiled rail (3) is mountable on the mounting profiled rail (4). The base profiled rail (2) comprises holding means for connecting the mounting profiled rail (4). Between the base profiled rail (2) and the mounting profiled rail (4) at least one elastic body (20) is provided, holding the mounting profiled rail (4) in an unloaded situation in a predefined position. The mounting profiled rail (4) can be pivoted relatively to the base profiled rail (2) by means of elastically deformation of the elastic body (20).

Timepiece gear train

InactiveUS20100091617A1Without weaken manufacture assemblyImprove trainingVisual indicationGearworksEngineeringEscapement
The invention concerns a timepiece gear train including at least one pair of circular toothed elements (25, 31) with parallel axes, the elements being provided with respectively toothings that are meshed with each other so that one (25) of the elements drives the other. In order to improve transmission conditions within the gear without reducing the toothing module, the corresponding toothings of each of the two elements are multiple, each of them being formed of N coaxial, toothed rings (28a, 28b; 30a, 30b) angularly shifted relative to each other by a fraction of a pitch of the toothing. In the simplest version, each of the toothings is double (N=2), the two rings being angularly shifted by a half-pitch. The invention prevents gearing in areas located relatively far from the line connecting the centres of the toothed elements, thus reducing torque and velocity variations during the lead of a tooth. Applications are envisaged in particular in a going train, a display train and a rotating escapement, such as a tourbillon.

Piezoelectric structure

A piezoelectric structure receives input from a voltage source to generate polarization and output voltage. Two surfaces are formed on the direction normal to the polarized direction. One surface has an input electrode electrically connecting to the voltage source and an output electrode to output voltage. Another surface has a ground electrode. The distance between the input electrode and the ground electrode is different from the distance between the output electrode and the ground electrode. Through the height difference of the two electrodes, the step-up and step-down ratio can be altered.
