power market production and consumption user publishes own
power demand information; responding to the power supply and demand difference in the
system is conducted: a power utilization plan is changed and the power responding to the power supply and demand difference is reported by the sensitive production and
elimination user in combination with the self-load power utilization condition; the
electricity market production and consumption user automaticallypurchases
electricity from a power supply company: when the
power demand response time is up and the power supply and demand still do not reach the balance,
electricity is purchased according to a relatively low
electricity price; and the
transaction time is ended, and the transaction result is cleared by the power transaction cloud platform: authenticating is conducted by all production and consumption users, transaction settlement is conducted on the transaction result passing the
authentication, distributed storage is conducted on data generated in the transaction process, and the data arecounted into a cloud platform historical
database. According to the invention, a flexible power retail market mechanism is designed, the matching degree of real-time transaction is improved, and thetransaction requirements of the
power market increasingly tending to have high flexibility and high competitive characteristics are met.
