washer. The
washer has three or more stations including a manual loading and unloading
station, an overturning surge and
numerical control high-pressure
cleaning station and a scanning water blowing
station. The
washer consists of a non-power loading and unloading roller path, a stand, a jacking rotating mechanism, an overturning surge cleaning mechanism, a
numerical control manipulator, a scanning water blowing mechanism, a pneumatic sealing door mechanism, a reservoir, a tank liquor filtering
system, a water pump, a high-pressure cleaning mechanism and a
fog suction
system, wherein a horizontally rotating workpiece conveying mechanism is arranged among the stations, and the workpieces are conveyed at equal angles each time. The washer occupies a small area, so that the workpieces with multiple stations and types, complex shapes and multiple inner bores can be cleaned under the condition that the occupation area is limited, and the cleaning quality of workpieces is high. In comparison with the traditional fixed-point and fixed-position cleaning manner, the power of the water pump is greatly reduced and the
energy consumption is effectively lowered. Complex workpieces can be cleaned just by replacing clamps and selecting a corresponding
manipulator control procedure based on the characteristic of the workpieces to be cleaned.
