service module are matched with each other. The program editing module is used for editing LED program information, setting an LED program framework and
copying the program. The program dynamic preview module is used for displaying program effects dynamically for the edited program according to a display mode. The program pre-transmission module is used for examining and verifying the LED program in grading mode before transmission. The
protocol processing module is used for packaging LED data before the transmission and after examining and verifying, reducing original interacting times between a platform and an
internet protocol (IP) Modem and reducing communication time and cost. The communication
service module is used for transmitting a data packet processed by the protocol to a corresponding terminal subsequently, and by means of the method, a transmission speed problem and a cost problem are solved to a greatest extent.
