In the process of rolling optimization, considering the requirement of high-precision and fast response of the optimization process, the whale optimization algorithm is adoptedto have strong optimization performance, less parameter setting, fast convergence and high precision. The novel fault tolerant control method provided by the invention is applied to robust fault tolerant control of a class of uncertain discrete systems with time-varying delays.
