light emission display device. The pixel circuit comprises first to six thin film transistors, a
capacitor and an organic light-emitting
diode. The grid
electrode of the first
thin film transistor is electrically connected to a light-emitting
control line, the first terminal of the first
thin film transistor is electrically connected to a first power supply, and a second terminal of the first
thin film transistor is electrically connected to a first node; the grid
electrode of the second thin film
transistor is electrically connected to the light-emitting
control line, the first terminal of the second thin film
transistor is electrically connected to a second node, and a second terminal of the second thin film
transistor is electrically connected to a third node; the grid
electrode of the third thin film transistor is electrically connected to the third node; the grid electrode of the fourth thin film transistor is electrically connected to a first
scan line, the grid electrode of the fifth thin film transistor is electrically connected to a second
scan line, the grid electrode of the sixth thin film transistor is electrically connected to the second
scan line, and the
capacitor is electrically connected between the first node and the second node. By employing the pixel circuit and the driving method thereof, and the active-matrix organic
light emission display device, images with uniform brightness can be displayed.
