The invention discloses a double-frequency
omnidirectional antenna. The double-frequency
omnidirectional antenna comprises a first patch, a first
dielectric substrate, a second patch, a second
dielectric substrate, and a grounding plate which are orderly laminated, and a
metal probe connected with a feed port after orderly penetrating the first
dielectric substrate, the second patch, the second
dielectric substrate and the grounding plate; the clearance is retained between the
metal probe and the second patch, and one end, far away from the feed port, of the
metal probe is propped against thefirst patch, thereby enabling the metal probe to directly feeding on the first patch and performing the
coupling feeding on the second patch, wherein the sizes of the first patch and the second patchare different. The double-frequency
omnidirectional antenna has wide impedance width and
axial ratio bandwidth, and has good omnidirectional
radiation feature; the omnidirectional antenna disclosed bythe invention is simple in structure, low in section and especially suitable for the current
wireless communication
system.
