tower comprises a jacket of which the wall is provided with a brine inlet and a brine outlet, a brine cooling cavity is formed between the jacket and an enamel glass interlayer container, a
reaction chamber is formed between a
quartz glass tube in the enamel glass interlayer container and the enamel glass interlayer container, a
light emitting diode (LED) lamp is arranged in the
quartz glass tube and connected with a power wire, and a material inlet is made on the lower part of the enamel
glass container and connected with a connecting port in the static mixers; and the illumination towers and the static mixers form at least three groups of reactors which are connected in series, in parallel or in series parallel, and each group is connected by a
pipe.
