propeller to be machined is arranged on the rotating device. And the laser head is arranged at the
tail end of the mechanical arm and can rotate in the circumferential direction along with the rotating device, the laser head is rotationally arranged at the
tail end of the mechanical arm, and laser emitted by the laser head can irradiate the surfaces of blades of the
propeller below the laser head. The mechanical arm drives the laser head to move so that laser emitted by the laser head can
machine the surface of the propeller blade of the propeller, modification treatment on the surface of the propeller blade of the propeller can be rapidly and efficiently completed, and a
composite microstructure is formed on the surface of the propeller blade of the propeller; and the
noise generated when the propeller works in
fresh water and
seawater is reduced, the structure is simple, the
machining speed is high, and
environmental protection and no
pollution are achieved.
