The invention discloses a network
quality monitoring method, device and
system, used for performing network
quality monitoring in a condition that the network pressure is not increased. The method comprises the steps of: establishing first communication links between a
client side and a first
proxy server, wherein the first communication links include a
data link and a test link; sending a
test data packet to the first
proxy server at the first frequency through the test link, receiving response information of the
test data packet, and obtaining the
time difference of the response informationreceiving time and the
test data packet sending time as
network delay data; detecting the
packet loss probability of a communication data packet on the
data link; when the
packet loss probability of the communication data packet on the
data link is greater than a first threshold value, sending the test data packet to the first
proxy server at the second frequency through the test link, and detecting the
packet loss probability on the test link, wherein the second frequency is greater than the first frequency; and, when the
network delay data is greater than a second threshold value or the packet loss probability on the test link is greater than a third threshold value, determining that the first communication links have a problem.
